Bought for my daughter's birthday. It looked great. seemed easy to use until I tried charging it or plugging in my headphones. I couldn't either, so I found that the tablet was broken when I removed the cover. The frame of the case is separate and the volume buttons are inside the device, which prevents a quick repair and I have to go to a repair shop. Update: Although the shop selling this has great cx service and have contacted me about problems so they can fix it. I wanted to make it clear how bad this investment was. After I paid OOP to fix initial issues because Revain blocked my account after I placed an order and didn't return it, my daughter has since destroyed it. This tablet was so poorly constructed that a 4 year old could only take it apart and remove the innards with his own hands.
