The chatbot is very helpful for me. It helps me send messages to my customers.

I love the chatbot feature. It's so easy to create a chatbot that can solve my customers' problems. The bot is very helpful and I can send messages to my customer anytime. I can also send images to my customer if I want to. Sometimes, it's slow when I'm using it on my mobile.
I also don't like the fact that sometimes I have to refresh the chat for the chatbot to show up. I also wish that the chatbot could send me a reminder about sending an order to my customer. It's so helpful to me. It gives me an automatic reminder to send the customer an order.

There isn’t much lagging or errors in this app compared with other appsI dislike:
Some times they're too busy.
When there was no answer after 10 mins
Not seeing all conversations at one time
