Arrived in wrong packaging, wrong instructions, disposed of as rubbish. Both iron containers were open and empty. A screw was inserted from the outside of the box. A few screws are missing. One of the plastic cones was broken, but what does it matter if the instructions don't even tell you how to assemble this part?! Dents in a few pieces of plastic, a randomly turning wheel sticking out of the back of a chair without a function. The backrest adjustment lever had no function, the footrest is delicate and is attached with just one screw that has no screw hole. Just push against the metal to hold it in place. Absolutely crappy chair and I'd love to return it but I need something to sit on at work so I'll have to use this piece of junk while I wait for a really functional piece of furniture.
