YES, EXCELLENT EYE PROTECTION!
This is a great help for those who spend a lot of time on the computer (non-touch screen). I suffered from CVS (Computer Vision Syndrome), my eyes became sensitive to light and my vision started to deteriorate noticeably. It has helped a lot and my eyesight is already improving a bit.
