Possible Quality Control Issues

One of the white dust seals broke after I installed the first one. I assumed I broke it when I installed it and ordered a second one. That one of the lids felt unacceptably jagged as I twisted it. I was able to make a good one out of the two. The first problem may or may not have been my fault which is unknown at the moment, but the second problem wasn't. However, it fits properly on my Ford "Big Cup" driveshaft and works well.
