It worked well, no problems, then not at all. The optical part still works (the light is on) but it just doesn't communicate with my laptop. Royal Pain.------------------------------------------------------------ - ----------- I used dual usage, partly with the mouse pad and partly with the mouse (because I've never learned how to use the mouse pad to highlight effectively, and I ended up accidentally clicking my left Button clicked and it bingo worked again I suspect there is a crumb stuck in it or so I upgraded it from 2 to 4 stars
