I really like this pillow but I am giving it 4 stars because I really feel that using it alone is dangerous for sleep as it is thick enough to hold baby's chin to chest .We bought this out of necessity as our baby's head lay flat on his back after sleeping on his back. To tuck my chin into my chest I folded 2 relatively thick blankets to raise them slightly higher than the pillow. The pillow comes with a thick pillowcase, which I really like. The pillow stays clean but after 2 washes the color has faded a bit. In general, I like the pillow and will continue to use it, but I urge parents to take care of sleep safety. If I could change one thing about the pillow, I would. I would make a full body mat with a hole cutout for the head to avoid chin to chest anxiety again.
