Only one cabinet left had tape on it so I ended up just taping one on the side of the fridge. Light itself is a magnet, so it sticks to any metal. For another, I nailed a strip but wasn't thrilled with it. The lamps themselves are perfectly bright, I have three of them, and at night they light up the entire full-size kitchen. I was planning on setting them up so that I could turn them on and off manually, but the motion sensor works well and I really like them turning on and off automatically. They don't turn on during the day, but I can turn them on manually when I want and they stay on as long as there's movement. only needs to be charged every two weeks and is very fast. it was a great purchase for me.
