Review on HP 502A Q6472A Yellow 🟨 Toner Cartridge - High-Quality Printing Solution by Daniel Pierce

I give this product 4 stars but it's more for the seller than the product itself. The item fit and worked perfectly but my HP showed the item was about 1/5 full, when the toner cartridge itself was full. The seller was great, I had replies to all my emails and they sent me several different chips for me to try for free. Unfortunately, this problem has never been fixed, which happens with some printers. I use it at work and I suppose it would be nice to be able to easily change the settings, but I really don't want to create a problem for the next person using the printer. The seller was great and one day they even called me to offer phone support. When I decided the product wouldn't work for me, they sent me a shipping label and refunded my money as soon as I emailed them that it had shipped. All in all, it was a simple experience that could seriously disappoint. On the other hand, I didn't wait until I ran out of toner to order.
