I used this backpack on a trip to South Africa. It was my "personal item" during the flight. The interior contained a lot! I left behind my duffel rug, airplane leg sling, eye mask, compression stockings, chargers, sunglass case, selfie stick, medication (vitamins/melatonin), small bag of women's items, cell phone and triple travel wallet. ! Despite all that, I could fit more! I used the side pockets for a full size water bottle and the inside had pockets for easy access. Thanks to the zipper inside, close to the back, I felt comfortable carrying the backpack like a handbag while walking around the city. The straps are also easy to adjust. The little pouf was small and looked cheap but was easily replaced. Got lots of compliments and lots of good stuff throughout the trip, definitely a great purchase!
