DO NOT BUY! I bought this to protect my new mattress from bed bugs, dirt and other nasties. I pay a lot of attention to my living space and my personal hygiene. I've never had a problem with bed bugs...until now. Imagine the horror of opening a product designed to protect your bed, only to see dozens of bed bugs pour into your home from it. I can't comment on the protector's effectiveness, but I can say that I absolutely never make the mistake of buying used linens, even though LinenSpa and Revain consider them "like new". If you are reading this, please do not repeat the same mistake. It's now 5am and I'm writing this review while staying up to make sure the bed bugs don't bite me if I manage to fall. Sleep. This product had exactly one function, and it did the complete opposite. I issued a refund only to find that Revane wanted me to send this item back... yes obviously with bed bugs and all. I'm sure if I were to return it it would also be marked as 'like new' but I'm saving someone else the mental and financial pain this product caused me by putting it where it is should be. . Garbage. This is absolutely disgusting and shameful and I will never buy anything from LinenSpa again. I hope everyone reading this does too. Thanks to this mattress topper we now have a problem with bed bugs.
