The UM340 mini pc is actually a very good little computer depending on what you are looking for. The UM340 Mini PC is ideal for surfing the web and has all the internal components you need to watch videos or even light browser games. There isn't too much lag when opening multiple Youtube tabs or even when streaming content from Netflix. This computer is also suitable for school. Cloud apps, including Word, and connecting to virtual classrooms shouldn't be a problem. Of course you need a separate webcam. However, no heavy game runs smoothly on this computer. In terms of ports and drives, you have everything you need. There are a total of 4 USB ports: three 3.1 ports and one 3.0 port. There are 2 ethernet ports that allow for multiple internet connections, which is hardly necessary when using it at home. There's also a USB-C port, which can also be used to extend the display. Most of us will likely use an HDMI port or a display port as our primary monitor connection solution. In addition, the top of the lid can be removed to reveal additional storage space. A headphone jack and a built-in microphone complete the rest of the equipment. All in all, this is a good little computer. It works well, and with the 2020 Ryzen 5 3450U chipset, I expect it to last 3 to 5 years before it falters.
