The best part of working for this organization was that it gave me opportunities to work within different departments, which allowed my career growth as well as learning new things about other industries.

There were times when I felt like there wasn't much room or time given by management towards helping employees grow their careers at the office. It can be hard sometimes since you are not always able to ask questions freely without fear of being reprimanded/fired from your position. This should help if someone has been thinking about applying here but doesn’t have any experience under his belt yet because they will learn quickly how important communication skills really are!
