Seam torn 2 hours after wearing

My son only wore these boots for walking in the snow, they weren't even rough and the hole broke after 2 hours of wear. Ordered on 2/14, worn a few hours on 2/17.

I read the reviews, many of them said the size is bigger, so my daughter wears a 12, and 13 is the way to go tall. Not satisfied with the money I paid
