license plates first I'm pretty sure I have a defective cutter but it's too late to return it now and America's silhouette support doesn't exist. The license plates won't read no matter what I do, I've followed everything on their list, no matter what I do it still won't read the markings. also the blades have been sold out for months, literally sold out everywhere, i contacted them and they said they would be available in january as early as february and there are still no blades so if the blade it came with is defective is (and they are) you have to use a hand blade which also needs a converter to fit your machine and you have to screw the top down every time you need to change the cut setting. as the software, i paid for 3 updates, i'm pretty sure i can edit with illustrator, well it crashes about every 10 minutes, it doesn't save your settings when it crashes, so have fun with it. If I could return it, I would gladly do it :-)
