For use on the inside of your garage door to prevent your spouse from crushing it. It appears to be working as there have been no instances of garage doors creaking. Reflectors as described: red and white stripes with self-adhesive release liner. They are quite bright and reflective. Maybe a little pricey for what you get, but it's cheaper than repairing a damaged garage door. Wipe/clean the surface to which you will stick the reflective strips before attaching them. Once in place they hold up very/very well.
