Day one, I have no reason to complain. Technical support is not rated, I did not have to use it. I couldn't get it to work on a 5G network, but I don't need it. 2.4 is suitable for the printer. After getting it working I think I figured out what the problem was with 5G but didn't go back and fixed it so it's fine.
