A great cross platform option for teams who want better communication
The product has allowed us as an organization with multiple offices across three continents communicate seamlessly between them without compromising our privacy or jeopardizing any sensitive information in transit (data being stored locally).
I don't like how slow it sometimes works which leads me miss out conversations at times because my team member hasn’t received messages until they next check email. We have been able solve issues relating to collaboration using this service by having staff located remotely working together effectively whilst maintaining compliance regarding GDPR regulations.
