First of all, I purchased this because of the turtle design. Unfortunately, the dye lot/batch used for the purse I received has one lonely turtle on it, and it's on the back! Since I still liked the color scheme, I kept it. That was my first mistake. The straps DO NOT stay where they are adjusted at all. Very disappointing. They slide to where the metal rings stop them. I need them to stay shorter. The zipper pull kept falling off, but finally was able to squeeze the metal together a bit, and haven't had problems with it since. Very disappointing overall considering the price and good things I had heard about this company reputation/product. The purse itself is nice and seems durable, but that does me no good when it's uncomfortable and cumbersome to carry due to the straps.
