Defective Case - No Product Warranty

I bought my wife an iPhone 8 case as a Christmas present. The phone is loose in the case and falls out. Even if you put 2 credit cards in the slots provided, the magnet will not keep the lid closed. You can clearly see from the promotional photos that there are 3 credit card slots. The product announcement states: SERVICE EXTENSION - We've upgraded our cases from a one-year warranty to a LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE. If there is any non-artificial problem with our cases, please contact us immediately. We will send you another new leather bag for FREE. ONLY COMPATIBLE with iPhone 7 Plus / iPhone 8 Plus devices. NOT for iPhone 7/iPhone 8. *TIPS. The more cards inserted, the weaker the magnetic locking function becomes. Please insert the correct number of cards. I have contacted Shieldon about chassis errors and they have not taken any action. They didn't replace the case and didn't honor the warranty at all. Despite the positive customer reviews, I will never buy anything from this company again. They don't stand behind their product or the warranty they advertise to attract potential buyers. Be careful, future buyers.
