This 12-inch ToucLait tablet teleprompter is a little less bulky than my previous one and feels much more durable. I really like the design - it's simple and functional and mostly made of metal. The glass mirror is simply inserted into the slot on the base and all fasteners are secured with thumbscrews. It took me less than 5 minutes to swap out my old teleprompter and I like it a lot more. The tablet holder feels very solid and I really like that it comes with two "wings" with 1/4" screw holes and hot shoe mounts for attaching a small flashlight or microphone. I connected my Rode VideoMic Pro to one for backup audio recording and it works great. It comes in a foam carrying case so it could be considered portable but I don't want to take it apart completely to put it back in the case. I installed it in my office/studio and plan to keep it in the same place all the time.
