Height adjustment: Personal opinion, the height adjustment is great when I want to relax in my chair and watch movies ETC144hz: Since I just got the 144hz monitor today, it's really smooth and easy to set up on both AMD and Nvidia graphics cards. Setup: It's really easy to put together and I have a DP cable for you to use so you don't have to go out and buy another cable for it BUT you can use HDMI on this monitor
