I bought this brand because I encountered some issues with another brand with black spots on the screen. This brand was my next home theater purchase. Unfortunately I had some issues with the first model where it seemed to overheat. The result was a burn mark on the lamp, causing some parts of the screen to turn brown where it should have been white (or in some places the color would have been darker than it should be). The seller asked me to send him a video of the problems and they were able to replace it for me. The seller took a little longer than I was hoping to get a working projector as I seem to have had a few issues with these cheaper Chinese made projectors. but in the end they helped me and provided a worker. This would give the projector 1 star until customer service helped me with a replacement earning it 5 stars. The first block just turned out to be defective with the cooling system out of the box. So far no problems with the new one. I recommend this brand for the price and the support received!
