They are very helpful when it comes to understanding your business goals, figuring out what works best for you as an advertiser or publisher with respect of ad delivery strategies such that they maximize performance/reach while minimizing costs per impression (CPM). It's always great working alongside them! Nothing specific at this time but I can say we have had some fantastic conversations over our campaigns so far within BBM in general and their creative team specifically during my tenure there - no complaints here just positive feedback from past experiences.
