I bought this chair as a Christmas present for my fiance. When it arrived I quickly packed up the big box and put it under the tree. When I opened it up today and started assembling it, we found that one of the armrests was badly bent, which was interfering with the armrest adjustment. Frustrated and thinking I'd have to stuff the chair (huge, already mostly assembled) back into the box, I sent the seller an exchange request hoping I might just get a replacement part but assuming I wouldn't have one Case. I thought I wouldn't get an answer until Wednesday as a lot of people are probably spending time with their families today and tomorrow. Instead, even after an hour, I received an email response that the seller could only replace part of the chair for me without returning the entire chair. The groom is very pleased with the chair itself and says that it seems very comfortable. He is 6ft tall and weighs just under 200lbs and this chair suits him perfectly.
