5'4", 250lbs (8 months pregnant). XXL fits me for the most part, but the sleeve portion actually cuts into my arms.It's a bit deceiving from the photos because the sleeves look blousy and loose, but there is in fact a tight seam there. Because the material has no give to it at all, it would be wise to get a size up if possible. I'm a well-endowed 40DDD and the chest is comfortable with the exception of the sleeve, which won't allow me to reach out in front of myself without the seam cutting into my arms. Haven't given it a wash yet, but I'd expect it should be hung to dry based on how the material feels.
