Good if you don't change the configuration regularly
Ideal as an adapter cable. However, I use it with a splitter to duplicate ads. (Laptop to this cable to the splitter, to the monitor/projector) If it's connected directly to a monitor or projector, it's reliable. Not when connected to a splitter. I switched to a different adapter for this purpose, but continue to use it for a dedicated connection.
