These bras are AMAZING. Like many others here, I ordered 3 after a lumpectomy and reduction. I ordered bras before I got a massive infection. Sigh. I had a drain after being diagnosed with an infection in the T-joint - if you don't know what that is, cool - you shouldn't have a problem with that. Anyway, I had to change LOTS of pads for drainage, so I grabbed a few. Initially, it wasn't more than a few hours before I needed a new one. With the front clasp and SO MANY hooks (laughs) I was able to leave the bottom 3 or so open for more convenient drainage. The elasticity of the fabric is very pleasant. He doesn't support me, but with my amazing new boobs I don't need him! The straps are good. They've held up pretty well considering nothing is regulated. Because the fabric is very elastic, it would be nice if they were a little shorter and all the elasticity could meet the needs of different lengths. I have big breasts - not breasts (although that's true) but a real breast. big. I need a 48 bust and the cup size fits all which means there has to be tolerances to make it. My boobs are smaller compared to the size range. The bra has "tarts" that are made for much larger breasts, so the darts were well away from the armpit of my chest while my nipples are in the middle of my chest. I don't know if that makes sense, but I wanted to say that the dart isn't very visible, so it really doesn't show through the shirts. If anyone wants explanations or pictures, just let us know. I'll reach out with questions. So for BUTTT. There is a notched tip on the hooks of the "C" clasp as well as on the round hook. Nice but my god! You can't see the round hooks to put in the "C" hook! It drove me crazy I decided to cut off the jagged edges covering the round book and voila! I can plug it in without wanting to pull my hair out. I have attached photos to show what I mean. The first was what it was. What's the catch, you ask? Then the 2nd picture - HERE YOU ARE! The third photo shows what it looks like closed. Removing the scallops made no difference, and they didn't deteriorate after washing. However. I ordered the original 3 and then another 3. Yes the infection was that bad. I'm so glad I found her. Yes, I still rate them a 5, even though the top annoys me.
