Review on Upgraded Xenon HID Ballast 831-10009-044 for Lincoln Town Car, Navigator, Chrysler 300M – Headlight Control Unit Replaces 10R-020025, 35 XT-D1/12V, 6L7Y-13C170-A by Kenneth Barnes

seems like a quality HID ballast but the problem I'm having is on my 2004 Lincoln Town Car Ultimate. The ballast I received will not work with the OEM HID harness because the retaining clip from the ballast to the HID bulb does not clip due to the way the ballast is made. The mounting bracket does not have a slot deep enough to allow the mounting bracket to slide all the way down and secure the wire harness to the ballast. So now I have to return the ballast and look elsewhere. UPDATE, I got a new ballast from GenXenon and it now fits my 2004 Lincoln Town car exactly. I am now very confident that this HID ballast is what I am looking for! Thank you for taking the time to work with me. GenXenon is a very respectable company and I really appreciate everything you have done for me!
