The top is a little higher than my Kanken Mini but closes well. To my surprise, this model was true to size and far exceeded my expectations! Fit - ideal for Kanken Mini Material and weight - it's thinner and adds very little bulk compared to felt versions from other suppliers. I like that you can wipe it up if something spills. Organization - I wasn't sure what to do with all the mini bags, but it really worked once I started using it. Instead of using a small cosmetic bag for small items, now each item has a design at home, and I have a lot more space! I bought the flamingo blue too youthful for my age but light blue makes things easier to find than black or dark shades.
