Significantly Increased Sleep Time
I've been using this duvet for about 4 weeks now and it has increased my sleep time from 5.5 hours to 7.5-8 hours a night. Wonderful. No sleeping pill Rx has ever done that! I didn't have to clean this duvet, so I can't confirm this question. didn't cause that many problems. When I feel overheated, I take it off for about an hour and then put it back on without wasting any time sleeping. I am 80 years old. old man, 5.11, and weighs 183 pounds.
