Well I received the cable and one of the pins broke off during installation, I wasn't pinching or pushing too hard, I've installed a few of these on my cars and mine Brothers but this one can't install it. As if the pin wasn't soldered to the wire. I understand this happens but I had one of the worst interactions with this seller. The customer service phone number doesn't work so I emailed the seller and wondered what happened. I've tried to explain, I don't know, but they don't know. I don't understand what happened ok ok then I got an email accusing me that their product doesn't help me, they said it's my fault I broke the item. After a few installs I've never had a problem with any other brand, this time I tried to save some money and that's what I got. Moral of the experience: Spend a little more for a better product. I understand that the product may be defective, but blaming the buyer is wrong. I cannot and will not recommend this product to anyone.
