This product is labeled for children but I use it as a small and light adult (5ft 3in, 105lbs) as I share a bed with my husband and he doesn't want a full ceiling. It's the perfect size to cover my half queen bed. However, it will be too small for taller people. The blanket itself felt incredibly heavy for the first 3-4 days, I almost stopped using it because it felt like it was suffocating me. It's not really true, my body just needed time to adjust to the weight. It also keeps me warm without overheating when paired with just a thin sheet. It used to take me forever to sleep, sometimes hours - now I'm out in 10 minutes! I am such a light sleeper and also have restless legs syndrome, it helps with both cases. When I wake up, I go back to sleep. fast. My quality of sleep has improved significantly. I've had this duvet for almost a year now and have had no problems with the filling falling out or the seams ripping. I'm trying to be careful with him, but he was thrown a bit with no visible damage. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.
