Originally ordered because I wanted something that people can wear over their shoes when entering from outside. There's a lot of dust where I am, and the dust marks on my tiles are a serious blister. They were cheap so I thought why not? How bad can they be? Got my answer quickly! On the first pair I wore, the elastic stretched so much that it wouldn't stay closed over the shoe. I thought it must be a coincidence. The second pair had scuff marks on the bottom of the boots. The third pair is the same. When the first pair was re-examined, they were also torn at the bottom. They are so poorly made out of some sort of faux plastic that if they all break and your shoes are still touching/scratching the floor and leaving dust marks, you'll lose their purpose. Get what you pay for! I didn't want to return them because the gas price is so high that I don't want to go there to return them. Kids could use them as shower caps? Too bad I didn't take photos of the ones that were all broken before I threw them. DON'T SPEND MONEY ON IT. I spend a few more euros and order paper blue ones that don't tear.
