Review on 💧 Waterproof Western Home Outdoor Pillow Covers 12x20 - Pack of 2, Dark Gray by Doug Daniels

UPDATE (January 27): After contacting the company, they responded about 5 days later to offer me a $5 refund or 50% off another pillowcase. I think it's better than nothing so I'm giving my rating one star. I bought 4 of these pillowcases (2 blue, 2 orange). First impression - they appear to be of decent quality. I'm not sure how waterproof they will be as the fabric doesn't appear to have a rubberized backing like real waterproof fabric usually has. It's a nice tight weave and probably water repellent. I think some regular duct tape might be a good idea to keep them outside in case of the occasional unexpected rain. Unfortunately, one of my pillowcases has a hole in the seam where it looks like there is no seam (see photo). ). I contacted the company via the email address they provided in the sweet note they enclosed and asked them to let me know if I wasn't completely satisfied. That was a few days ago and I still haven't received an answer. So I only give this item 2 stars for poor quality control and slow customer service. If the company actually responds and solves my problem, I'll upgrade my rating, otherwise they seem like decent pillowcases.
