Review on 🔌 Leviton 5G108-BW5 GigaMax 5E QuickPort Connector, Cat 5E, White, Pack of 25 by Genene Locson

I have installed Ethernet cables for work, myself, family and friends from time to time for about 15 years. This is the way. The QuickPort plates allow you to mix and match ports, and the ports themselves are very durable. They work stably and hold up well. I recently connected my parents' new house to ethernet points in every room. I started with the generic equivalent available at your local Home Depot. Big mistake. I had so many problems connecting and testing the connectors correctly due to the poor quality of the connectors. Some jacks that worked stopped working over time, I think due to poor voltage on the wire connections. As a result, I went back, ripped everything out, and pasted Leviton in its place. Lesson learned.
