Product information on Wavlink website does not clearly indicate computer compatibility. I assumed a PC with Thunderbolt 3 and Windows 10 would work just fine. It's not relevant. First off, Wavlink admits on its drivers page that you should not rely on your drivers and should check your PC manufacturer's website for the correct driver. Second, if you go to the HP site, as Wavlink suggests, the driver is of course not there. I tried several different drivers and tried to troubleshoot to find that this dock just doesn't work. The only port that works is the display ports. I can connect both monitors, but I can't use the USB port or Ethernet port.
