I've always been a fan of protective cases for expensive tech products. Although Apple iPads have some built-in durability, they are still susceptible to damage from everyday use. I bought a similar case for my first Apple iPad (Gen 4) and was glad I did. Personal experience and knowing what could happen helped me make an easy decision when getting my second iPad (Air 2). The JETech Case (for iPad Air 2) has worked as expected so far. The screen cover puts the Air 2 to sleep when closed and wakes up when opened. It feels solid and my iPad fits snugly but can be easily removed if needed. This adds very little size or weight to the Air 2's sleekness. The Air 2's sleekness and reduced weight come at a bit of a disadvantage, as the polished metal shell and light weight make the tablet easy to slide on or off most surfaces slide. and increase the chance of falling out. The JETech case reduces this possibility and offers some protection in the event of a "fall"! Double bonus 👍. The only downside I could have is that the matte finish of the case allows for some smudges and sebum fingerprints. This is easy to fix with any basic cleaner but I thought I'd mention it. JETech cases are very affordable and shipping was fast. Registering a product gives you a lifetime guarantee, but I hope I don't have to ask for it. My experience with the JETech case for my Air2 was excellent and I would highly recommend this product to others looking to protect their expensive Apple iPad!
