Too light for traffic

These Honeywell cones will not work properly. I'm not sure they can be run over without cracking or breaking. There is no weighted basis. I bought these to replace my stolen cones and they don't match. The material isn't as flexible or as thick as what I've had from 3M before. They are suitable for field sports, but not for the street.
