I've thought long and hard about upgrading my Harbor Freight 125V/90A welder as I was disappointed with the amount of spatter and voids I was getting. I am a lot of that. I don't weld often, so I'm not good at it. I was welding a few days ago and the .035 lincoln coil I had in my car leaked. So I had to switch mid-project (welding the top link mount to the 3-point fan). I put the Blue Demon 0.035 in the machine and Holly! Suddenly I'm using solid balls with minimal spatter. I could see and hear the difference with the new cable. My bow had much less flicker and more consistent color and tone. To prove to myself that this wasn't an accident, after welding the aerator I welded on a large section of the galvanized corner. Same result. Welds are way better than ever on this machine. So much less spatter and voids. I am very happy with this cable and will continue to use it. I'm glad I didn't buy a more expensive car before trying this wire.
