(5BR Wine Red) I really like this color it's a purple wine red shade. After about a month, it became lighter than the brownish color of warm red wine. Different lighting shows different colors, sometimes red wine, sometimes brown, but not so purple. Before I colored my hair I was a medium brown with Asian black at the roots and that was about three months after using Prettia Provence Rose Bubble Hair. Dye. Prettia Bubble Hair Color is gentler but doesn't last as long as this one. You can see from the photos. After a month it is still of good color although it has changed to a lighter brownish red. The only problem I found with this hair dye is that it is a strong bubble hair dye. The smell is pleasant to me, but if you accidentally leave it on your skin, you can wash it off immediately. It can stain the skin very quickly. (I think that's why it lasts longer than Prettia.) However, you can always apply a thicker lotion to your face, neck, and arms before coloring your hair. This can protect you from chemical exposure. One final note, if you have a sensitive scalp or scalp sores, this hair color may not be for you. Small issues aside, I would still buy it again because I prefer long lasting bubble hair color. Although the chemistry is strong, it is not as strong as traditional hair dye.
