Hair designs in hair accessories

I know how to use bows like in the old days. But they come in a transparent package with no instructions. I don't know what these selections do. So until I play around to figure it out I'll rate it a 3 because I need to link information to use it. A paper with instructions would be helpful. Also, I have long, thick hair and I don't think it will last long given my past experience.
