Ever since I've had this printer, it's been an absolute headache. To ever be able to use it, I have to turn it on and off multiple times and turn the computer on and off. And only then is it likely that the printer will connect to my computer. It will almost never be AirPrint, especially if you don't hover over it. It doesn't even show up online. 99% of the time it shows offline in the printer settings even though it is connected to the internet and showing a strong internal signal. There doesn't seem to be any settings to keep it awake, and at this point I'm not sure if the problem is with it going to sleep immediately or if it's just poor network technology. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, drivers and firmware 7-8 times in a month and after that it works right away and after that never again. I had to revert to my old, slower Canon printer because at least it works every time I press the print button. It is not known if it will actually be printed or not. Save yourself money and frustration.
