So I bought this because it has a mesh back which I thought would be cooler as I work in a chair for hours. The assembly instructions were terrible, the height adjustment knob wasn't installed and was just in the box with a screw and two other things, and the instructions didn't include them at all. Also, it doesn't hold that back well at all, if you use your hands to stand up it generally slides back down with every push, which contradicts the second reason I got it, which is that I'm tall and wanted a higher chair. to support my head/neck. Next uncomfortable. The cushion at the top of the chair is stiff and protrudes so the bottom of the chair presses against my back, especially after it slides back after getting up. The seat cushion is mediocre. The only positive thing I can say is that the mesh keeps my back cool, otherwise it's a pathetic product.
