I love making invisible machine quilt appliques using the freezer.

I love making invisible machine quilting with freezer paper but now that I've tried this I'm ditching the freezer paper! The fusible material on it makes it a bit stiffer than the Sharon Chamber Interface which I tried and didn't like due to its very soft edge. Instead of a glue stick, I prefer to use the Scotch Adhesive Dot Roller Value Pack. 31" x 49' 4-pack (6055BNS). It's faster and doesn't make my fingers sticky. I'm working on just folding the edge and then ironing it out. Gives me a very nice smooth edge in a very short amount of time and eliminates that Lining removing step.

Pros
  • Great Design
Cons
  • Crumpled Wrapping
