Highly visible reflectors, the light is really reflected. The buckle seems very strong. Hip and chest straps are adjustable so I hardly notice them. It probably helps that they have wide, flat shoulder straps. I wear it so that it is neither loose nor tight at the narrowest part of my chest. I wear a size 42 men's jacket and the chest straps are a few inches longer (although I'm sure others need more). On the contrary, I only have a few centimeters in front of the hip belts. If you are much taller than me I would look at other reviews. I was jogging in the morning, but later it was darker. So I decided to do it just to be on the safe side. I've seen some people run with backlit straps, but I think I prefer the always-on-the-go option without a plug-in.
