Edit 4/23I changed my rating from a 5 to1 for customer support. This device's speaker started failing about 2 weeks ago, so I contacted customer service since it's still under warranty. The rep conveniently is unable to locate my order, even though I have provided every possible piece of information, and screenshots, of this order. Unable to locate order = warranty not upheld. Original post: I didn't think I'd love this little thing as much as I do! I wanted a portable white noise machine and took a chance on this. I purchased it during the middle of the night, so I didn't exactly read everything it did. I was extremely happy when I received it and found out that there's a Bluetooth option AND you can record your own songs and books! This is absolutely perfect for my family since my husband works nightshift but i don't want him to miss out on our bedtime routine. I'm able to play him reading books and singing to her every night. I've used the white noise option during the night since it has a continuous option. The battery gets us through about half the night. I keep the sound on either the lowest setting or a step above, and it is plenty loud enough.**Update: I did find a downside: the click wheel for the volume makes a loud clicking sound, so you better have the volume right the first time, if not you're going to risk waking your baby just to adjust the volume. Trust me, I amost just found out the hard way.
