I posted a photo of my skin tone in the off-season when my tan was severely fading and another photo in the summer. I use the solarium to get a base before the season. Then visit the beds once or twice a week until summer to keep your tan. After that I spend time on our boat but I also use at least 30 SPF and often 50 SPF on my face and apply it a lot. I have used many different tanning accelerators, enough to know what to expect from a product. This lotion works perfectly, NO bronzer, NO tingling, NO orange tan, NO nasty burnt smell. The smell is pleasant, not tropical, but I don't know how to describe it, although not offensive. (I'm a fan of tropical scents, but this is nice.) I like that it's thin, spreads easily, and isn't greasy. I would definitely recommend this lotion as I am about to order another bottle! 😉
