These pills really work. However, only not at the time of the shower, only fast souls. It's also very difficult to position the tablet in the shower for full effect, especially if you're using a large showerhead that shoots water out as rain or spray - without electricity. In order to get the full effect of the menthol while showering, I chose to put the tablet in a container of water so the scent would linger throughout the shower. This method allows me to keep my head above this container to get the full effect. We have been using this product for about 8 or 9 months now and those in the family who have sinus problems like the pills and my method of using them. The downside is the price! I hope Revain and Vicks can work on a subscription plan for core members to offer a lower price. Costco used to sell the same 4 packs for $10! I should have given this product a 3 based on price and ease of use, but if either or both of these changes change in the future I will update this review.
