Take the quality and sound of this trimmer and turn it into the VPG6530 and you have a great trimmer. Otherwise, the general ease of use, the difficult disassembly for cleaning, the cleaning and the actual cutting performance cannot be surpassed by any other model. It's just not practical. It also pulls out the hair on the neck. Disappointing but still as good as all other trimmer types except for the VPG530 which I think is the best overall. Sometimes faster doesn't mean better, and still. It's faster, the blades aren't sharp enough to keep up, causing the hair on the back of your neck to be ripped out again. The cutting angles you are holding are not correct. The only thing better about this model is the looks, it's quieter and feels more expensive. Otherwise, as far as I understand, this is a big mistake. Send back.
